SAR Organization Registration

RedPing SOS and RedPing SAR are separate mobile app variants. SAR, RedPing Help, and dashboard write actions require the RedPing SAR app (Pro minimum) and remain blocked inside RedPing SOS even on Pro or Family admin.

RedPing Help is a non-SOS assistance workflow in the RedPing SAR app (Pro minimum). It is blocked inside RedPing SOS even when the account includes Pro or Family admin.

• Organization leads need an active Pro or higher subscription before SAR dashboard write access is enabled.
• Team members participating in live SAR workflows must install RedPing SAR — RedPing SOS cannot substitute for responder actions.
• Registration review may request proof of Pro entitlement and SAR app install on lead responder devices.
