Important Disclaimer

Please read this important information about REDP!NG's current service scope, responder model, and technical limitations carefully.

Service Disclaimer

REDP!NG is a mobile safety communication and coordination platform. It supports SOS activation, location sharing, trusted-contact alerts, and responder-facing workflows where configured. REDP!NG does not operate its own rescue teams, ambulance services, police services, or medical response units, and it does not guarantee that responders will be available or that any emergency outcome will occur within a specific time.

What REDP!NG IS

  • A mobile-first SOS communication platform
  • A location sharing and incident status tool
  • A coordinator between users, trusted contacts, and configured responder workflows
  • A role-aware interface for participating SAR and organization tools

What REDP!NG IS NOT

  • Does NOT operate its own rescue teams
  • Does NOT provide direct medical assistance
  • Does NOT guarantee responder availability or response times
  • Does NOT replace official emergency services or local emergency numbers

How REDP!NG Helps

REDP!NG helps by:

  • Streamlining alerts: trigger supported SOS workflows and notify trusted contacts quickly
  • Sharing context: provide available location and incident status during active emergency flows
  • Supporting coordination: help users, contacts, and participating responder tools work from a clearer information set
  • Improving visibility: reduce confusion around session status, permissions, and emergency communication state

SOS and SAR App Variants

RedPing SOS and RedPing SAR are separate installs with different allowed workflows.

RedPing SOS and RedPing SAR are separate mobile app variants. SAR, RedPing Help, and dashboard write actions require the RedPing SAR app (Pro minimum) and remain blocked inside RedPing SOS even on Pro or Family admin.

Technical and Service Limits

Conditions that can affect REDP!NG behavior during an emergency workflow.

  • Location, notification, and motion-based features depend on device permissions and operating-system rules.
  • Message delivery, maps, and session visibility can be affected by signal strength, internet access, and service outages.
  • GPS precision, motion sensors, and crash or fall detection behavior can vary across devices and environments.
  • Responder workflows may depend on local organization participation, onboarding status, subscription access, and regional support.

Emergency Situations

In life-threatening emergencies, always call your local emergency number first.REDP!NG should be used as a supplementary communication and coordination tool alongside your safety planning, trusted contacts, and official emergency channels.
