Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your REDP!NG account and associated personal data.

In-app deletion (recommended)

Open REDP!NG SOS or REDP!NG SAR, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the prompts.

This starts the official account deletion flow tied to your signed-in Firebase account.

Email support

If you cannot access the app, email support@redping.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Include your registered email and whether you use SOS, SAR, or both.

What happens next

  • Active subscriptions should be cancelled before or during deletion.
  • Some emergency or audit records may be retained briefly where required by law or safety operations.
